Développement Novea’s greatest asset is undoubtedly its ability to create, develop and carry out high-end residential, commercial or hospitality real estate projects by surrounding itself with the greatest talents in the profession. The best architects, designers, engineers, marketing specialists and sales teams were called upon to ensure the realization of the Vertica project.
For more than 25 years, Salvatore Fratino has been delivering large-scale projects in Canada and the United States, meticulously selecting each member of its team to exceed residents’ expectations. Développement Novea is a team with solid financial management experience in construction, whose mission is to create added value and quality of life in each of its projects.
ACT architecture design is the result of the association of Maxime Gagné, architect and Alain Thibodeau, interior designer and architectural technologist. Both have over twenty years of experience in their respective fields. Alain founded Act Design nearly 25 years ago and the company has grown and diversified steadily, with residential and commercial projects of various types and sizes.
Maxime has worked as a senior designer in several Montreal offices, including some of the largest and most reputable, and has contributed to numerous award-winning projects in Quebec, Canada and internationally. He was also a partner and founder of Laroche et Gagné, an architectural firm specializing in ecological architecture responsible for the first net-zero public project in Quebec, in addition to dividing his time between professional practice and architectural teaching at UdeM and McGill. More recently, prior to joining ACT, Maxime worked as a senior design architect with the firm LEMAYMICHAUD architecture design where he designed numerous projects.
In addition to conventional services, ACT offers upstream and downstream consulting services to assist its clients in the development of the project and management services to accompany them to completion with a turnkey service. Each member of our workshop is dedicated to translating the client's specific needs into functional and poetic projects.
Fifteen years ago, Patrice Groleau and Debby Doktorczyk realized that Montreal lacked real estate agencies that specialized in marketing condo projects in collaboration with developers. From the beginning, McGill Real Estate has been successful, forging strong relationships with many of Montreal’s largest developers. McGill Real Estate’s expertise goes beyond sales by offering turnkey services to developers, including market analysis, feasibility studies, profitability projections, unit mix recommendations, accurate unit pricing, and branding and media planning.
Today, the agency represents 25% of the major real estate projects in the Greater Montreal area with a track record of +10,000 condos, +$4 billion.
